Executive Team Building

Why we use race cars

We use race cars to coach executives and top teams for one reason: experiential learning. Science has proven, hands down, that experiential learning is the fastest way to change thinking and behavior. And let’s face it – it’s the ultimate win-win. Not only are we going to spend a day getting faster on the race track, but we then take lessons learned from driving and being coached to drive fast and apply them to how you lead your company, your family, and yourself.

Who’s this for

Executives teams of 4-6 people. Any group of highly motivated individuals who are afraid of speed and are growth minded and looking for real solutions to real issues in their professional and personal lives.

How this works

Phase one:

Two weeks from the race track weekend, you will receive a series of written exercises and assessments designed to provide us a baseline of information ranging from how you deal with conflict to how you build trust in key relationships.

Phase two:

At the track, we use onboard race car data acquisition to get real time feedback on your driving performance. We combine this data with how you navigate other factors during the race experience like receiving input, dealing with setbacks, or managing stress.

Phase three:

After the race track portion is completed, we have a group coaching that allows you to share the experience and personal takeaways. On the next day, we will meet individually to do a deeper dive on how the experience is impacting you and how to apply this to your company, your family, and your personal life.

Our Promise

Not only are you going to spend a day getting faster on the race track, but will you have a safe place to drop your guard and discuss real issues in a highly confidential place with like minded individuals. As a guide, my promise is to orchestrate this portion of the experience in a way that maximizes transparency with everyone feeling great about it.
